Founder of NBS.
High-school graduate as baccalaureus of jurisprudence (Bachelor of Law).
Studied from 1995 to 1999 law at Institute for external economical relations, economy and right, Saint-Petersburg, Russia.
Worked as a factory manager in a medium-size manufacturing plant and led his own company for renting equipment in Russia until 2000.
To accomplish his education he came to Germany. After comprehensive language training in German Vladimir Nechaev was active in television, show and catering trade industry.
Since 2004 he works on "Koelnmesse" (Cologne exibition halls) as supervisor of 350 co-workers within the range “public catering of fair guests”.
Since 2003 he makes his second law study at the university of Cologne.
2006 - founded the NBS-company.
